Dr. Divakar Krishnareddy MD, FAAOS, Board certified , fellowship trained Orthopedic spine surgeon is the Founder and CEO of Cytoregenx. After graduating from Medical college in India joined Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Newyork, as surgical resident and Orthopedic surgery resident in 1975 to 1980. Moved to Orange county in California and did one year of fellowship in spine surgery in Ranch Los Amigos hospital affiliated with USC. Board certified in orthopedic surgery and became Fellow of American Academy of Orthopedic surgeons.
Started private practice in Brea , CA in 1981. Worked in various locations during a period of 37 years and was chief orthopedic surgeon for Serra Medical group in Sunvalley , CA and chief of orthopedic s for LA community hospital and worked in Health pointe medical group , and retired from clinical practice in 2019. Since then, practicing as Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in various locations.
Involved in cell therapies since 2010 as a consultant for Primegen Biotech., Always interested in innovations both in clinical practice and teaching and had developed Orthopedic devices and health care related software products including Hip screw plate extension, Stand-alone disc fusion device, Clinitraq- radiation measuring device for health care workers, OR One software for surgery suites, Jott Md billing software App, OrthoZoom web site for orthopedic surgeons and patients. Advanced Platelet lysate products, with combinations of stem cells designed to be effective in treatment of discogenic pain syndromes of lumbar spine and wound healing.
Dr. Fari Izadyar

Dr. Fari Izadyar, DVM, PhD, is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of CytoRegenx. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tehran University in 1986 and began his career in private practice. From 1990 to 1997, he served as a faculty member in the Department of Animal Science at the University of Tehran’s Faculty of Agriculture. In 1997, he completed his PhD at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Utrecht University, where he also pursued five years of postdoctoral training in the Department of Cell Biology. He later joined the university’s faculty, serving there until 2005.
Dr. Izadyar transitioned into industry in 2005, starting as Director of Research and Development at PrimeGen Biotech. He later held leadership roles as Chief Scientific Officer at ReproCyte (2007), VetCell Therapeutics (2012), and served as Principal Scientist at Rejuvenate Bio until 2021. Since 2018, he has also been the Founder and CEO of Cell Therapy Tools.
With three decades of experience in clinical research, Dr. Izadyar has an extensive publication record in regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy. He holds several patents, including innovations in laser-activated platelets and devices for laser activation of cell products. Driven by a firm belief in the potential of stem cells to transform medicine, he continues to develop cutting-edge technologies aimed at treating debilitating diseases in both humans and companion animals.
